Going Home

Transitioning & Reunification

At this point, we have seen some major strides take place – perhaps most importantly, young people have developed a sense of responsibility for themselves. New ways of being and strategies for successful living have been established and it is almost time for them to say farewell to Oak Hill Ranch and return to their home and community.

During this phase we are focused on ensuring that what was learned is not lost and that healthy practices are continued outside of Oak Hill Ranch. This involves strengthening and equipping families and young people with the knowledge, tools, and support required for them to be happier, healthier, and more engaged in a positive lifestyle.
